How it works
Ordering, paying and getting your delivery — explained plainly.
For customers
We only show shops that can reach you, and the delivery fee is measured from this pin.
One order comes from one shop, so your things arrive together. Minimum order is ₹50.
Pay by UPI or card now, or pay cash at your door. You can also switch to online payment while the delivery boy is standing there.
The PIN appears on your order page. Give it only after you have your items — the delivery is marked done only when the PIN matches.
What you pay for
- Goods — at the shop's own price, no markup from us.
- Delivery — by distance, shown before you order. The delivery boy keeps all of it.
- Platform fee — a small percentage that keeps the app and support running.
- GST — only where it applies, and always itemised.
If something goes wrong
Open the order and tap Report a problem. It reaches our team with your bill and items attached, so nobody has to explain the whole story twice. Cancelling is free until the shop accepts the order.
